About Heather Feid

Heather Feid has earned a trusted reputation among colleagues and clients for her integrity, loyalty, and unwavering professionalism. A consistent top producer with William Raveis Inspire, she has ranked as the #1 real estate advisor across all four offices for three of the past four years. From the first conversation, Heather’s dynamic passion for helping people, client-first mindset, and genuine enthusiasm for guiding buyers and sellers toward their real estate goals are immediately evident. She is known for prompt communication, delivering tangible value, and exercising meticulous attention to detail throughout every transaction. One of Heather’s greatest strengths is her proactive approach—anticipating and resolving potential challenges before they arise—ensuring an efficient, seamless experience for her clients. Her commitment to ongoing education and deep understanding of market trends allows her to navigate changing conditions with confidence and ease. As a result of her innovative marketing strategies and forward-thinking digital techniques, her listings consistently sell for above list price in minimal time on market. Buyers also choose to work with Heather for her reliability, skilled negotiation, and, above all, her honesty. Before transitioning to a full-time career in real estate, Heather spent more than 15 years as a corporate tax accountant at a Certified Public Accounting firm in East Providence, Rhode Island. During that time, she managed over 70 entities, including corporations, partnerships, LLCs, estates, and trusts. She seamlessly integrates this expertise into her real estate practice, particularly when advising on tax-related matters such as investment property analysis, capitalization rates, annual cash flow, capital gains considerations, 1031 exchanges, and probate transactions. Whether assisting first-time buyers, sellers, investors, growing families, empty nesters, or clients navigating probate, Heather has a proven track record of helping people achieve their goals with confidence and clarity. Heather is licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Realtor Association of Southeastern Massachusetts, the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, and the Providence Women Leaders Association. She holds the ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and MRP® (Military Relocation Professional) designations from the National Association of Realtors®. Originally from East Providence, Rhode Island, Heather now resides in Rehoboth, Massachusetts with her husband, Derek, and their daughter, Charlotte. Outside of real estate, she enjoys cooking, crafting, gardening, hosting gatherings, and traveling. FIND ME on FACEBOOK or Instagram!
